DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT

⇒ type « BB6 » : automatic sorting 6 products (glass, colored PET, clear PET, steel, aluminum, scrap that Tetra and HDPE) and recovery unordered and unpaid paper / boxboard.
⇒ type « BB10 » : automatic sorting 10 products (white glass, green glass, brown glass, HDPE, clear PET, colored PET, steel, aluminum, tetrapack, scrap) plus recovery and non-sorted non-paid paper / paperboard dishes.

CONDITIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION
• sufficient land with a flat asphalt surface, asphalt or concrete,
• power supply in 380V 25A,
• water supply nearby for cleaning (use about 150 liters per year)
• shelter for the machine (cold, wind, degradation ...)
• arrival of telephone and Internet access (sending tonnages, fault prevention and filling buckets, statistics...)
• Storage of materials: buckets of 15m3 near and storage of compressed bales (for the BB12),
• Electric blade takes (transport bins to collection truck)
• forklift classic (transport of self-tipping skips.

TREATMENT CAPACITY
Minimum 1 ton per day of 12 hours.
NB: It takes about 3% of waste on average, composed of non-identified, overlapping or non-compliant.
