DÉSIGNATION

Principal corpus of the machine, mechanic et electronic : delivered system,
assembled on the spot, verifications, with staff training during the assembly,
link with a mechanic engineer on area, guarantee of 1 year spares and workforce
Setting-up study, 5 days / engineer + expenses, from 1 to 10 machines located

SUPPLEMENTARY COSTS (custom built)
Workforce expenses, excepted salaries
(2 engineers X average 2 days / unity, trips, accomodations)

Dumpsters (18 dumpsters / machine for BB6 et 30 dumpsters for BB10),
galvazed steel (1,10m H X 1,10m l X 1,00m p)

Mobile press + special vertical self-dumpsters + way of bearing - BB10

Air compressor (1 system per area for 1 à 3 machines), 5KW, capacity 1000 l/mn
Air dry out machine (1 system per area for 1 à 3 machines) (recommended for
hygrometric and temperature variations)

Protective building, standard model type « closed hangar »
16m X 7m X 3m (BB6) et 20mX 7mX 3m (BB10)

Maintenance contract:
Permanent hotline, machine control and repair from a distance, observations,
statistics emission and one trip by year: 8% of sale cost (excepted options).
